We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dorm Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning dormitory rooms, common areas, washrooms, and other assigned spaces while following health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dormitory rooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
- Clean windows, doors, furniture, and fixtures as required.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
