Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced laser treatments in a professional and safe environment. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, performing body waxing procedures, maintaining strict sanitation standards, and supporting retail sales initiatives. The Laser Technician plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and safety while promoting our clinic’s services.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Conduct body waxing procedures efficiently and hygienically, ensuring client comfort
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining procedures, and ensuring a positive experience
- Support retail sales by recommending products and services tailored to client needs
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and safety precautions
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Experience or knowledge in body waxing techniques is preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within aesthetic or medical environments
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products confidently
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols during laser procedures
