Reporting to the Director of Consulting Services, the project manager is responsible for planning and supervising the completion of various implementation projects for both ERP and CRM solutions.

Main tasks and responsibilities
Define the scale, planning and timeline for projects in collaboration with the involved parties
Carry out the implementation (coordination, planning and execution) of all assigned projects
Track and document the evolution of projects and keep the involved parties informed about their progress and activities (dashboards, progress statement reports, project planning and delivery schedules)
Ensure the tracking and control of costs, timelines, quality of deliverables and scale of the projects under their responsibility
Coordinate the transition of completed projects to the customer support department
Ensure that all critical communications are properly documented and archived
Identify potential issues and manage risks proactively
Establish and maintain positive relationships with involved parties
Participate to project meetings
Carry out various related tasks
Manage client expectations and ensure their collaboration
Contribute to continuously improving processes and project management tools
Professional experience and qualifications
Relevant university degree
At least 3-5 years of experience in project management for the implementation of ERP or CRM systems
Experience in the implementation of other software solutions (asset)
Knowledge of the SureStep implementation methodology (asset)
PMP certification (asset)
Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in both oral and written French and English
