Konverge Digital Solutions has been building SaaS products that solve complex business challenges for clients worldwide for over 33 years. We’re growing our development team and looking for a skilled Full-Stack .NET Developer to contribute to the ongoing development of one of our global SaaS products.
This is a hands-on role for a developer with a solid foundation in .NET and modern front-end frameworks who is ready to take meaningful ownership of features, tackle real-world production challenges, and grow within a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, enhance, and maintain production web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Build and maintain REST APIs and deliver features across the full stack; front-end, back-end, and data layers
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following team standards and best practices
- Work with SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing production applications, prioritizing stability and performance
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, and development team members throughout the full software development lifecycle
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining code quality and security
- Stay current with relevant tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices
What You Bring
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack web applications
- Solid hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core in production environments
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks — Vue.js, React, or TypeScript
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures and data access patterns
- Strong grasp of OOP principles, RESTful APIs, and Entity Framework
- Experience working on team-based production applications, including bug fixing, enhancements, and releases
- Practical experience using AI development tools for coding assistance, debugging, documentation, or refactoring
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS product development
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development workflows
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Background in cross-platform mobile development (React Native)
