Acts as liaison and communicates all urgent information within the region to District Sales Managers and Store Management;
Partners with DSMs and Head Office in resolving problems, sourcing information or following-up with Store Management. Informs DSO and/or Operations Manager of any problems and/or concerns relating to the DSMs and/or stores;
Compiles and tracks sales statistics and field expenses; produces personalized and standard reports on a regular basis;
Provides support to Regional HR Management by compiling information, preparing reports and letters;
Prepares and formats various communication tools in both English and French (e.g. memos, newsletters, invitations, contest results, etc.) for both regional and national operations. Obtains approval on final content, prints and prepares for distribution to all stores in the region/division.
Office Automation Cegep Diploma or equivalent;
1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented;
Ability to manage priorities according to deadlines;
Ability to translate an asset;
Bilingualism required in English and in French (spoken and written).
