We are looking to add a FULL-TIME educator to our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a nurturing learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs, and encouraging curiosity and growth. This role involves working closely with children, families, and colleagues to create an engaging and safe educational setting that promotes early childhood development through play.

Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote development.
- Provide attentive caregiving to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children to encourage confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive classroom environment.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing necessary accommodations.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that is stimulating and conducive to learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Compassionate caregiving skills coupled with patience and understanding.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members.
- Certification or training in early childhood education is desirable but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
