Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media platforms to introduce our products and services.
- Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our technology sales offerings, including technical products and B2B solutions.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand awareness.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to reach a diverse client base.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles within technology or B2B sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing leads and customer data.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
