Medical Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic
Part-Time | 3 Days per Week
Are you organized, personable, creative, and passionate about the medical aesthetics & wellness industry? We are looking for a part-time team member to join our growing clinic!
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and client care — supporting our brand presence while helping keep day-to-day clinic operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting clients
- Checking out patients & booking appointments
- Creating and managing social media content
- Answering emails and client inquiries
- Assisting with order fulfillment
- Supporting clinic organization and administrative tasks (inventory, cleaning, faxing, filing)
Schedule:
3 days per week:
- One dedicated day focused on social media and administrative support
- Supporting clinic coverage on one work-from-home management day and one day off for management coverage
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable/team player
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Social media savvy with a creative mindset
- Interest in medical aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or healthcare preferred
- Previous experience in social media, reception, administration, customer service, medical office, or aesthetics is considered an asset
