Develop and manage campaigns to boost visibility, attract visitors and
encourage engagement/conversions across various online channels and
connect with the right audiences online. Analyze user data, behaviour
patterns and campaign metrics to refine strategies, improve targeting
accuracy and ensure marketing efforts remain cost-effective, scalable and
results-driven over time.
One to three years of experience in a digital marketing
College diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications,
business or a related field. Certifications from platforms like Google,
Meta or HubSpot can strengthen a candidate’s profile.
Experience managing budgets up to and exceeding $1,000,000.
Planning and executing SEO (search engine optimization), SEM
(search engine marketing) and content strategies to improve visibility
and search rankings
managing paid ad campaigns across platforms - Google Ads, Meta,
TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
Tracking and evaluating site activity and marketing results through
platforms such as Google Analytics etc.
Creating and scheduling content for social media, email and blogs
Collaborating with graphic designers, writers, and web developers to
produce cohesive digital campaigns
Conducting A/B tests to improve click-through rates, conversions and
engagement
Staying updated on emerging digital marketing trends and platform
algorithm changes
Prepare performance reports and recommending optimizations based
on campaign insights
