Reporting to the Assistant Food and Beverage Management team, the Bartender is responsible for the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cleaning, and stocking supplies, within the food and beverage area as well as during events and functions.

Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests

Setting up the patio includes putting out cushions and moving light weight furniture

Setting up service bar, getting buckets of ice, jugs of water, glassware, product, and restocking fridgesOccasionally assisting servers with table maintenance, running food, resetting, bussing tables, and other server-side duties as required

Assisting with liquor order placement

Assisting with receiving liquor orders which include putting away liquor orders, ensuring storage areas are kept clean and organized

Assisting with cocktail creation for menus and special requests

Polishing glassware and cutlery

Cleaning floor areas as required

Adhere to all policies and procedures designated by the Club

1+ years’ relevant working experience
-
Valid Pro Serve certificate.

Knowledge of best food handling

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with computers

Superior customer service skills
-
Able to lift upwards of 50 lbs

Ability to stand and bend for up to 8 hours per shift
