We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Director - Physiotherapist to lead and manage our Clinic. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate clinical services, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. This leadership role requires a strong background in physiotherapy, healthcare management, and team supervision, with a focus on maintaining compliance with medical standards and regulations. Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
- Supervise clinical staff, including physiotherapists, nurses, and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) using systems like Dentrix or similar platforms
- Monitor clinic budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate patient appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care in collaboration with clinical staff
- Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards and best practices in patient documentation
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork
- Collaborate with external healthcare providers and community partners to enhance service offerings
Qualifications
- Licensed Physiotherapist with current registration and credentials
- Proven experience in healthcare management or clinic supervision, preferably within dental or medical offices
- Strong knowledge of electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix or equivalent software
- Familiarity with medical terminology, hospital procedures, nursing practices, and acute care protocols
- Experience in human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance management
- Background in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning for healthcare facilities
- Prior experience working in hospital settings or dental offices is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance standards
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of patient care
