What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting everyone warmly and making them feel at home.
- Craft smoothies and prepare select food items efficiently and with care.
- Operate our POS system and process payments accurately.
- Answer questions about our menu, ingredients, and products with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Work closely with teammates to keep things running smoothly during busy periods.
- Be flexible and willing to pick up extra shifts or cover when needed to support the team.
What We’re Looking For
- You MUST have weekday 9-5 availability - a minimum of 3 weekdays available per week. Please do not apply if you are unable to work Monday - Friday 9-5 shifts.
- A naturally friendly, positive attitude — this is a must.
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Previous café, juice bar, or food service experience is an asset, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
- Comfort using POS systems and handling cash (or willingness to learn).
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
