Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance team performance and professional development
- Manage financial activities including cash handling, budgeting, and sales management
- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services products and industry trends
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within financial services or related industries
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of varying sizes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic planning and execution
- Proficiency in math for financial calculations, cash handling, and reporting purposes
- Experience in team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and branch operations is highly desirable

Pay: $43,966.97-$120,923.84 per year
