Technical Service Representative

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Service Brokers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain client files
Process endorsements mid-term changes to policy
Process new business and renewals
Invoicing, binders and cover letters
Completing Premium Financing contracts
Prepare presentations, insurance submissions, certificates of insurance, pink liability insurance slips and check policy documents for accuracy.
Insurance Company portals – access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.
Other duties as may be assigned
Education and Experience Requirements

Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Extremely well organized & able to meet deadlines
Accurate and detail oriented
Ability to work well with team and others
RIBO license an asset but not mandatory
