We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in meal preparation or as a line cook in the food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new culinary skills.
