About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Siding Installer to join our crew. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential siding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new siding on residential homes
- Remove and replace siding
- Measure, cut, and fit materials to precise specifications
- Inspect existing systems and perform repairs or adjustments as needed
- Work safely at heights and handle ladders, scaffolding, and power tools
- Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in exterior trades
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on ladders and roofs
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Valid Fall Protection Training Certificate or willing to take

Compensation:
Pay is based on siding installed — the more footage installed with your team, the more you earn. This performance-based system rewards efficiency, quality, and consistency.
