Part-time Clinic Receptionist:
Seeking an organized, friendly, professional, and compassionate individual to join our supportive team! We deliver a premium patient experience in a healing environment.
The Role:
- Communication Lead: Handling high-volume phone/email flow; ensuring all patient inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.
- Jane App Precision: Coordinating multi-practitioner scheduling to ensure accurate appointment types and durations.
- Insurance: Processing direct billing via external portals (Telus, Sun Life, Green Shield etc.).
- Apothecary Support: Selecting supplements and mixing homeopathy/botanicals precisely as directed by our Naturopathic Doctors.
Position Details:
- Hours: Part-time (very limited hours, with potential for more as we grow).
- Shifts: Primarily weekdays, with the occasional weekend.
- Pay: Starting at minimum wage.
- Training: Slightly more hours during initial onboarding; transitioning to a fixed, part-time schedule thereafter.
- Coverage: Seeking a candidate that can cover vacations and sick days- when available (great way to get extra hours!).
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a naturopathic, clinical, or multidisciplinary setting is an asset, but not necessary.
- Jane App experience is preferred. Knowledge of various insurance portals and direct billing is also a significant benefit.
- A genuine interest in naturopathy and the broader wellness and holistic health space.
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment, is calm under pressure, & provides a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.
- Perfect for someone looking to keep busy with a predictable core schedule while remaining available for intermittent coverage needs.
