Therapist Position
PART TIME (6 hours per week) and Fulle Time (40 hours per week)

The therapist provides direct assessment and treatment services to youth and their caregivers/families and will provide group facilitation.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Clinical experience working with youth and families
- Excellent assessment and counselling skills
- Group Facilitation Skills and Experience
- Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health struggles
- Experience with individual therapy and family therapy
- Understanding, training and experience in trauma and trauma informed practices
- An understanding of colonization, intergenerational trauma, and Indigenous practices.
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of mental health and grief and loss
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills
- The ability to work both independently and flexibility
A Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) and Registration are required.
The therapist will have a supportive and enthusiastic team environment and will have a private office; all located on our scenic campus. The therapist will receive regular supervision.
