We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with a deep understanding of the software delivery lifecycle to join our Quality Assurance team within our Winnipeg Office.
As a QA Analyst, you’ll manage CI/CD pipelines, refine testing strategies, and oversee seamless software releases. Your expertise in API testing, microservices, performance, security testing, and observability will be essential to maintaining high standards. You’ll design and execute detailed test plans to enhance software reliability across web and mobile platforms, continuously improving QA processes. What You'll Do
- Analyze product test requirements and design comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Help the execution of functional, regression, accessibility, UAT, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Take part and enhance automation and performance testing frameworks.
- Support testing on all software products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance on application infrastructure, performance, security, and usability testing.
- Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore teams, as well as clients, to align testing efforts with project goals.
- Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and Business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify and manage technical risks across different projects, proposing mitigation strategies.

What You'll Bring
- Familiarity with database systems and the ability to write and execute basic SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, TypeScript, Java, C, or C#. And ability to contribute and maintain existing automation framework
- Understanding web application architecture, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and data flows.
- Ability to leverage browser developer tools (DevTools) and related troubleshooting tools for debugging, validation, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with performance, security, and usability testing principles.
- Knowledge of relevant testing tools and technologies. Nice to Have: Production grade Test automation experience, API testing experience, Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
