Applications & Inside Technical Sales Engineer
Our Oakville office has an opening for an Applications & Inside Technical Sales Engineer. You will provide our customers with technical proposals, solutions, and support for the applications and design of chemical feed pumps, bulk solid handling equipment, and systems. You will also work collaboratively with our sales team to expand business opportunities, equipment, and product offerings.
Specific Duties include:
- Coordinate and review Engineering technical specifications.
- Prepare system costing estimates.
- Develop and produce detailed P&I drawings, component lists, control narratives and top-level job travellers to support engineering designs and quotations.
- Prepare detailed quotations for our sales personnel, including above-average follow-up and direct liaison with clients you work with.
- Provide sales and marketing support, i.e., standard price lists, drawings, charts, and flow diagrams.
- Tactfully provide inside and on-site technical support & training services for our clients verbally and in written form.
- Maintain healthy and professional relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers.
- Organize, Manage, and maintain project information.

- Minimum five years of experience with pumps, piping, and structural systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with clients, employees, and suppliers
- Lead by example.
Position requirements:
- Degree/Diploma – Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum five years of industry experience
- Water Treatment or Chemical Experience
- Knowledge and experience with chemical feed, pumps, tanks, and bulk feed equipment and fabricated systems

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
