Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Picker/Packer to join our distribution team. In this role, you will accurately pick customer orders, pack products for shipment, and help ensure orders are shipped on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders using pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Pack products securely and label shipments accurately.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
