What You’ll Do:
- Drive Membership Growth: Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by promoting and selling memberships to businesses across various industries.
- Prospect and Engage: Identify and connect with potential members through cold calling, online resources, networking events, and face-to-face meetings.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing members to support retention and lead generation efforts.
- Maximize Outreach: Organize your time effectively to reach as many prospects as possible each day, across various industries and sizes of businesses.
- Report and Analyze: Prepare and present weekly sales reports, providing insights on your progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Be a Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team, contributing to our collective success while thriving in a self-directed environment.
What You Bring:
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in selling intangibles, is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to connect with a diverse range of businesses.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard hours to attend networking events and generate leads.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Mobility: A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential (total expected package: $50-70k).
- Gas mileage reimbursement.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (after 3-month probation).
