Duties
- Develop and design creative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and customer preferences
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of food quality
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Innovate new dishes and continuously improve existing recipes to enhance the dining experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant setting
- Strong cooking skills with expertise in various culinary techniques
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, food service, and food handling protocols
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and certification in food safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in the food industry is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $40,812.87-$85,972.18 per year
