Job Overview
We are hiring a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail sales, or customer service who are passionate about lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales.
As a Sales Representative, you will engage with new and existing customers, present products and services, and drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, referrals, and networking
- Conduct sales activities depending on territory
- Present and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records using a CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat sales
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate or Customer Service Representative preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by commission and performance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using phones, email, and sales software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
