We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
## Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services
## Skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer situations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
