The Service Integrator works closely with the Client Relationship Management, Service Delivery and Service and Technical Operation teams, to effectively lead, support and facilitate a smooth transition of onboarding clients into Service Operations within a fast paced and process driven environment. The Service Integrator provides business analysis, consulting services, and plans ongoing business and technology needs consistent with government and ministry strategic plans, system standards and interfacing requirements.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

Degree, diploma, certification in computer science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum 3 years’ experience providing business analysis for key front line systems with complex business processes. Preference may be given to candidates with more than 3 years.
Experience in the supervision of staff.
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple conflicting priorities.
Experience developing and maintaining a good working relationship with senior-level colleagues, technical staff and stakeholders in a collaborative way to ensure client success and service integrity.
