You'll be working with our Call Centre Team and will be making a great career choice. We provide in-house training and continuous learning for our role as a Customer Service Agent. As part of our award-winning company and team you'll be responsible to perform all tasks of a travel agent when managing our clients calls. Your main role is to use your expertise and service our clients emergency requests with the best customer service levels possible.
Qualifications - Ideal candidates will have:
Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre environment and/or minimum 3 years corporate travel sales experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient on Apollo/Amadeus, Gallileo and Sabre GDS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player
Able to figure out ADD CALLS, refunds and exchanges
Price pnr's with our without corporate discounts
Able to work evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills
Highly self-motivated and able to multi-task
Bilingualism an asset
