Robin Eye Window Cleaning Ltd. is hiring experienced technicians who can operate independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
What You’ll Do
- Complete residential and commercial window cleaning jobs independently or with a Level 2 or 3 partner
- Perform ladder work (up to 32 ft) safely and efficiently
- Set up and operate water-fed pole systems independently
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results across all services:
- Window cleaning (interior/exterior)
- Screen and track detailing
- Gutter cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Maintain strong communication with customers on-site
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 400 hours of window cleaning experience OR 1–2 years relevant experience
- Ability to run jobs independently when required
- Proficient with water-fed pole systems
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Reliable and dependable
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Must have a working cell phone
Compensation & Schedule
- $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
- Full-time seasonal (40–50 hours/week)
- Company vehicle provided (go directly to job sites)
- Minimal weekend work (only when necessary)
