Dupuis Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team immediately.

Position Details
What You'll Do
As our Finance & Insurance Manager, you will:
Present financing, leasing, and protection products to customers professionally and ethically.
Arrange vehicle financing through lenders and Ford Credit.
Offer extended service plans, maintenance plans, protection products, and insurance products.
Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with OMVIC and lender requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and manufacturer representatives.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the delivery process.
Work closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Achieve and exceed F&I performance objectives while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
Qualifications
Previous Automotive F&I experience is strongly preferred.
OMVIC certification (or ability to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Results-driven with exceptional attention to detail.
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
