Senior Administration Manager Condominium
As a member of the Property Management Team, you will be providing the full administration support to the Property Managers playing a major role in within the Condominium Property Managers Offices. This is a Head Office based position with minimum travel required.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years administration experience which must include full operating knowledge of the condominium industry including experience and knowledge of the administration requirements of a Property Management Office
LIMITED LICENCE AND EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATION FUNCTION ESSENTIAL

Key to this position is your ability to provide supervision, give direction, delegate to administration and maintenance staff as well as Management reporting on all aspect impacting on the overall activities and performance of the portfolio.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
