Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced Implementation Specialist to support infrastructure deployment services for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the physical installation of hardware and the logical configuration of operating systems, networking equipment, storage systems, and related software products.
This role may require working independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, technically strong, customer-focused, and comfortable working in hands-on IT infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver infrastructure deployment services to customers
- Perform physical installation and cabling of rack-mounted servers, switches, and related hardware
- Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems
- Configure and support VMware environments
- Install and configure network switches
- Support SAN and NAS storage environments, including Fibre Channel switches
- Troubleshoot server, storage, networking, and deployment-related issues
- Work independently or as part of a project/deployment team
- Quickly learn and deploy new products, tools, and technologies
- Provide professional customer service during deployment project
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience as an Implementation Specialist, Deployment Specialist, Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Specialist, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with server infrastructure, including Windows and Linux systems
- Experience with storage and networking, including Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking
- Experience installing and configuring network switches
- Experience with VMware environments
- Experience with SAN and NAS storage systems
- Ability to perform physical rack installation, cabling, and hardware deployment
- Strong desire to learn new technologies quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
- French-speaking or bilingual English/French is considered an asset
- VMware VCP certification is considered an asset
- Experience working in customer-facing deployment or professional services environments

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
