DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travels within our network of clinics to cover replacement needs (paid travel time and km reimbursed)
Welcomes clients/patients and other visitors, both on the telephone and at the reception desk
Promotes the company and the quality of treatments offered to clients
Ensures the effective application of the company's operational procedures
Informs clients about services offered, their course of treatment, or any administrative procedures associated with their file
Schedules and confirms appointments; manages the schedules of various stakeholders
Participates in the smooth running of the clinic
Creates new files and classifies them; performs general filing
Inputs various patient/client data into the computer system
Invoices and collects payments for visits
Ensures the transmission of calls and messages

Work Schedule: Permanent full-time position, 35h/week
