The successful candidates should have ample experience in the culinary industry, be able to multitask in a fast paced environment, take initiative, work independently, be receptive and incorporate feedback, as well as communicate well with co-workers. Candidates must have an ability to work evening shifts. Candidates must be responsible, committed to growth development.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Food preparation and kitchen service;
- Thourough understanding of all menu items and company's philisophy of food sustainability;
- Attention to detail;
- Efficiency, accuracy and sense of urgency under pressure;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and schedule as per company guidelines;
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team to ensure that service and food quality are at their highest standard;
