GENERAL LABOUR - POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Puddle Pool Services is a professional pool service company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the Victoria. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on pools, hot tubs, and other water features.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completing services on customers’ pools, hot tubs, and/or water features, which includes testing of water chemistry, cleaning pools and hot tubs, and monitoring equipment at both residential and commercial properties.
- Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks.
- Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
- Representing Puddle Pool Services in the local community and networking with potential customers as required.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Labor or customer service experience
- Hands-on with knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the pool services industry
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Friendly personality and is committed to great customer service
- A strong work ethic and highly dependable
- Able to do physical labour work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills
- Driver's license is required
TECHNICIAN DUTIES
- Testing and balancing the water chemistry of pools and hot tubs
- Physical cleaning of pools and hot tubs
- Detailed service reports
- Completing jobs for customers using the supplied equipment
- Maintaining, organizing, and managing equipment
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle
- Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Selling further services to customers
- Owning marketing around each job site
- Driving the Puddle mobile to and from each job
- Planning and managing the job site
COMPENSATION
Hourly: $19 - $25 /hour
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months
