Responsibilities:
-Co-lead a preschool classroom utilizing child-led, curiosity-driven learning frameworks.
-Maintain professional, positive, and proactive communication with families, team members, and management.
-Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children, including supporting children with diverse needs.
-Collaborate with your co-teacher on daily workflows, classroom resets, and setting up engaging provocations.
-Demonstrate exceptional reliability, professionalism, and commitment to the center's licensing policies and standard procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) License/Certification.
-Strong understanding of (or a desire to learn) The Curiosity Approach and play-based learning frameworks.
-Excellent team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
-Outstanding reliability and a commitment to professional workplace communication.
Up-to-date First Aid/CPR and a clean criminal record check.
