Aspire Software is currently looking for a Renewals Team Lead (SaaS) to join the team!

What your day will look like:
Preparing the renewal letters and notifications
Meeting the desired goals and establishing metrics
Managing the different facets of subscription and support renewals
Bridging between Sales, Finance and Customer Success on a daily basis
Contacting clients directly to negotiate terms and conditions and render renewal contracts
Positioning services and escalating pain points to the Sales and Customer Success team
Forecasting trends and suggestions on how those trends can enhance retention rates
Refining renewal strategies that proactively engage a client in chopping the churn rates
Working with the management team to receive feedback on the growing requirements of a customer
About you:
Minimum 3 years of experience working in an equivalent role in Customer Services or Accounts Receivable for a software company
Comfortable working with high‐volumes of overlapping activities in multiple tools
An understanding of subscription-based renewals including knowledge of subscription terms, account consolidation and proration
Demonstrated history in operating a book of business at scale, handling a large volume of customer renewals
Experience working through contract and budget processes with customers in SaaS software
Motivated by process and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
Excel at building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must have SaaS Software experience
