As an Account Manager at <imajery>, you will:
- Own the client relationship and high-level business strategy for your portfolio
- Act as the lead strategist, consultant, and primary point of contact for clients
- Design media strategies and platform architectures that drive measurable growth
- Drive account retention and expansion through operational excellence
- Work with a collaborative team of specialists to turn business goals into hitting the numbers
Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Lead all client communication, calls, and presentations, acting as the primary advocate and consultant.
- Strategy & Architecture: Own the media strategy and platform architecture, developing marketing plans at the business level.
- Briefing & Execution: Provide detailed campaign briefs to the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure tactical alignment with strategic goals.
- KPI Management: Own the business KPIs, account performance narrative, and accountability for results like ROAS, CAC, and revenue.
- Project Management: Set timelines, budgets, and client expectations while ensuring cross-functional alignment with creative and data teams.
- Growth & Research: Research new channels and growth opportunities to drive account expansion and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Reporting: Present performance reports and send regular updates that translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior roles, sharing knowledge to raise the bar across the agency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Performance Track Record: Proven success managing performance-focused campaigns for e-commerce and lead-generation brands.
- Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and funnel dynamics with a comfort for quantitative analysis.
- Educational Background: A background in math, statistics, finance, engineering, or sciences is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills. You have the ability to "own the room" and the roadmap.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to move fast in a high-autonomy environment.
- Bilingual: Professional fluency in both French and English is required.
