As our business continues to grow, so does our Accounts Receivable department.
We're looking for someone who is organized, confident, professional, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. Someone who understands that collections are about building relationships while protecting the company's interests.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Full-cycle Accounts Receivable management
- Daily cash application and account reconciliation
- Collection of outstanding accounts while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Managing customer credit files and payment terms
- Working closely with Sales, Rentals, Service, and Parts departments
- Preparing aging reports and recommending credit limits
- Resolving invoice discrepancies quickly and professionally
- Processing customer statements
- Monitoring delinquent accounts and escalating when required
- Coordinating legal collections when necessary
- Working with legal counsel regarding liens, security interests, collections, and recovery when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Supporting month-end closing activities
- Helping improve AR processes as we continue to grow
The Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:
- Has 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Understands commercial collections
- Knows how to collect professionally without damaging relationships
- Is confident speaking with owners, controllers, project managers, and purchasing departments
- Doesn't avoid difficult conversations
- Can prioritize multiple accounts simultaneously
- Is highly organized
- Pays attention to details
- Takes ownership instead of making excuses
- Understands construction, equipment rental, transportation, or industrial businesses (a major asset)
- Understands lien rights and collection procedures (or is willing to learn)
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working as part of a high-performing team

- Credit Administration
- Construction Industry Accounting
- Heavy Equipment Industry experience
- Equipment Rental experience
- CDK IntelliDealer experience (preferred) Please list if you have this or not
- Microsoft Excel
- Outlook
- ERP systems
