Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Attendant to provide exceptional service in our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a positive guest experience through efficient food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards, including meal preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic kitchen duties
- Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Restock supplies and assist in inventory management to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Experience with serving, cashiering, or barista duties is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Previous hotel or guest services experience can be beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, or food handling enhances suitability for the role
