Job Posting – Receptionist (Travel Insurance)
About the Role
We are looking for a professional and dynamic receptionist to join our travel insurance team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and has a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, transfer, or take messages from incoming calls
- Open client files as needed
- Provide basic and accurate information via phone or email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily emails
- Coordinate follow-up calls for agents
Requirements
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma (required)
- Bilingual (French and English) – preferred but not required
