Skills and Responsibilities:
- Strong level of OS administration skills in AIX, Windows Server, and Linux.
- Install OS, patch systems, configure DHCP.
- Have strong knowledge of Unix Scripting.
- Manage regular system patching, including critical security upgrades and seek strategies to automate these processes.
- Optimize their tasks by Automating using Shell Scripting, Python Scripting, and using various enterprise tools.
- Ansible, Jenkins, Salt stack Defining the CI-CD Pipelines using Suse manager, Salt Stack, OBS, Jenkins. GitHub and Bit bucket.
- Writing salt states, Orchestration states to automate deployments.
- Using Jinja2, YAML and Python to write States.
- Write Python Modules (Execution and State Modules) for further use in Salt States.
- Writing Shell Bash and Python Scripts explicitly for single jobs and tasks.
- Maintaining Ansible Inventories, Salt stack Roaster for salt-ssh.
- Setting up and configuration of salt stack, writing salt states and Orchestration States to perform Deployment.
- Plan future Roadmaps of Technical Stacks with industry standard.
- Perform the POC on latest tools and Technology to implement within the organization to resolve pain areas.
- Involved in Digital team of organization for future IT improvements in domain.
