White Lilac is an award-winning, locally owned residential cleaning service based in Okotoks. We've won Gold in the Readers' Choice Awards for Best Cleaning Service in Okotoks for the past three years. Our success is built on genuine client relationships and a commitment to exceptional quality. We're 25 team members strong, and as our business grows, we’re excited to expand our team with positions for full-time cleaners (30–40 hours/week).
What We’re Looking For:
- Full-Time Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
- No prior cleaning experience needed, we’ll train the right person!
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Clean criminal record check.
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a focus on customer attentiveness!
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a supportive environment.
- Pride in honest, high quality work.
- Ability to represent White Lilac as a trusted ambassador in clients homes.
- Growth opportunities for motivated team members to advance into Lead roles.
