We are a new independent cannabis retailer opening in British Columbia with a strong focus on quality, freshness, education, and customer experience.
Our goal is to build a store that highlights exceptional cannabis products while creating an approachable and welcoming environment for both new and experienced consumers. We are passionate about craft cannabis, strong product knowledge, and helping customers find products that fit their needs.
We are currently looking for Cannabis Consultants to join our growing team.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
- Educate customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, and responsible use
- Maintain a strong understanding of current products and industry trends
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all provincial regulations
- Assist with receiving inventory, merchandising, and restocking
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
- Support inventory counts and other operational tasks as required
Experience
- Previous cannabis retail experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Passion for cannabis education and product knowledge
