Overview
Team Logistics Systems INC. is a family-owned business located in Ayr, ON. We are seeking a couple AZ Cross Border Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting freight across the border efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and possess a strong understanding of freight handling. Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for cross-border freight transportation between the United States and Canada.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, delivery logs, and border crossing paperwork.
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, adjusting schedules as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and customs regulations throughout the journey.
Requirements
- Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proven 2 years experience in commercial driving, preferably with cross-border freight operations.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation accuracy.
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
