Andrews Farm Market & Winery welcomes thousands of visitors each season. We are looking for a dedicated team member whose primary responsibility is to help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for our guests during busy weekends, holidays, festivals, and special events.
This position plays an important role in supporting guest satisfaction, facility cleanliness, and overall farm safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect and clean customer washrooms throughout the day.
- Restock washroom supplies including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Monitor the cleanliness of playgrounds, picnic areas, event spaces, walkways, parking lot, staff rooms, and customer facing facilities.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins as required.
- Patrol the farm and identify safety concerns such as spills, trip hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues.
- Report concerns promptly to management.
- Answer general guest questions and provide directions around the farm.
- Assist guests in locating attractions, washrooms, food areas, and event spaces.
- Support event setup, cleanup, and crowd management as required.
- Help ensure the farm remains clean, welcoming, and safe throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Friendly and customer-service focused.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Physically able to walk throughout the farm during a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Comfortable interacting with families, children, and large groups of visitors.
- Previous cleaning, hospitality, maintenance, tourism, or customer service experience is an asset.

Schedule
- Primarily weekends and holidays.
