Essential Functions of the Job
Assisting with development and implementation of online sales
Assist in hitting daily and monthly goals by logging incoming product from retail stores
Assist in posting of merchandise to website including uploading digital images, composing item descriptions, determining weight, setting appropriate starting price, and storing merchandise in designated holding area
Follow policy’s in regards to maintenance and security of equipment and shop inventory
Sorting, packing, and shipping products
Maintain orderly and functional storage, posting and shipping area
Maintain positive, team-oriented relationship with peers and supervisors
Assist supervisor in monitoring product inventory
Presents positive public image for betterment of organization
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Special Skills or Abilities Required:
Requires regular standing and walking in a store, donation or plant setting.
Inside work requiring prolonged sitting, working at a computer work-station.
Flexible 5-day work hours to be assigned (Monday – Sunday) – infrequent week-ends
Regular travel within the three-county service area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano).
Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds

Essential Physical Tasks:
Requires frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pulling ,walking and lifting up to 50 pounds
Typical Working Conditions:
Inside and outside work, normally 5 days a week, with some evening and weekend work
