Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves cleaning, buffing, and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The Automotive Detailer will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by delivering vehicles that look and feel brand new.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and buffing.
- Detail the interior of vehicles by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Drive vehicles as necessary for service completion or customer delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is required.
- Customer service experience is essential to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Familiarity with buffing techniques, cleaning products, and equipment used in automotive detailing is a plus.
- Janitorial or custodial experience can be beneficial for maintaining cleanliness standards within the work environment.
