What You’ll Do
- Bring the Energy: Welcome patients with warm, infectious positivity, putting them at ease from the second they step up to discuss their care.
- Master the Tech: Effortlessly navigate Cleardent and digital patient communication platforms to pull up plans, schedule, track cases, and streamline front-office operations.
- Present Treatment Plans: Break down complex clinical procedures into clear, understandable language with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Navigate Finances & Insurance: Verify insurance coverage, present financial arrangements, and walk patients through payment options effortlessly.
- Keep the Flow Moving: Maintain seamless communication between the clinical team, front desk, and patients to ensure a top-tier clinic experience.
What You Bring to the Table
- Dental Practice Experience: Background as a Dental Assistant, Dental Administrator, or Treatment Coordinator. If you know dental terminology, love helping patients, and are ready to step into a coordination role, we’ll help you bridge the gap!
- Bubbly & Outgoing Personality: A natural people-person who brings warmth, empathy, and high energy to every conversation.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Highly comfortable learning and using dental software (Cleardent experience is a huge plus!), digital tools, and efficient electronic workflows.
- Master Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you know how to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to balance a lively, fast-paced environment with accurate record-keeping and follow-ups.
- Extra points for knowledge of the Italian language!
