Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and memorable dining experience by providing attentive service, menu guidance, and a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Guide guests through the churrascaria dining experience and menu offerings
- Anticipate guest needs and provide timely service throughout the meal
- Upsell food & beverages to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Work with team members & management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (churrascaria or high-volume restaurant experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be attentive, enthusiastic, and guest-focused
- ProServe required
