Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organized, and possess a strong desire to exceed customer expectations while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
